Inee (“the App”) is a location-based social platform that helps users discover and participate in nearby events and activities. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Inee app:

Profile picture
Google account ID (if logging in with Google)

Your live or approximate location to show nearby events
Location is only accessed with your device permission

Create and manage your Inee account
Show relevant nearby events based on your location
Enable event creation and participation
Improve safety and prevent fraud

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

These third parties do not have access to your personal data beyond what is required to provide their services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only:

We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and users share information at their own risk.
Your account data is retained only as long as your account is active
Event data, posts, and media are removed when deleted by the user or automatically expired
Backup data may temporarily remain for security purposes

Access and update your profile
Disable location sharing at any time
Request account deletion permanently
You may request deletion of your Inee account at any time by contacting us at jaganathan@ineezo.com
Upon deletion: ✅ Your personal data will be permanently deleted ✅ Your events, posts, chats, and activity history will be removed ✅ Backup data (if any) will be automatically purged within 30 days
We do not retain your data after deletion, except if required by law.
Inee is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified within the app or on our website.
